March Snow

Yesterday was very stormy with high winds and heavy rain. In the evening it started to snow.

Big wet heavy flakes kept falling thick and fast until everything was blanketed white. Then we started to hear branches snapping all around.

We had a very white yard this morning.

My flowering Currant is not bothered at all about a little snow.

Beartooth Highway

Our last day in Yellowstone we drove NE out of the park to drive over Beartooth Pass.

At 11,000 ft it's probably windy a lot but this day it was gale force winds with blowing snow.

Mitcho had to ride over the pass anyway!
